Visually STRIKING. The letting go not only yields the healing, it is the act of doing so. That the image is metaphoric in itself is a whole nother layer of cake!

Wow that last line is a do over
Meaning I had to read it again and again it is provocative compelling gripping and forceful
It's undeniable in your face truth
Outstanding Bravo Lady
And the chosen image is top shelf
I can't say enough about this the impact with brevity
Unbelievable

This is a powerful statement and quite potent. Well done. The image is fantastic, but I had to concentrate and try hard to be able to read it well. But maybe that’s my failing eyesight and trying to read on the phone in the middle of the night! 😆

Ha! No; it needs to be easily read and I was considering changing the font regardless. Thanks for your honesty!

Sweet. I been preachin'n'practicing that one for many years.
A most worthy sentiment. Probably saved me from "myself" more often than i'd care to admit.
"anger and resentment are the dubious luXuries of (so called) normal people" ---- somewhere in The Big Book, (parentheses my own addition)

Dear A,
I guess this is as close to perfect as it gets. There’s no argument with the message. It spoke volumes today and I’m grateful for its meaning. I very much enjoyed the accompanying picture and font. Beautiful write.

The Nihilist creed...just don't be a dick! Beautiful words A...we must stop letting fools who want power to be our gurus.

Great - but really difficult. I struggle with resentment and unforgiveness much of the time. Admittedly, it does feel like poison.

This one reminds me of the Dalai Lama quote about hate being like drinking poison and expecting it to harm the other person. The central image of the anchor is very well-chosen. It conveys how strong and restrictive negative feelings can be.

Thank you, Jack. And Amen.
I hadn't thought of the Dali quote until you just mentioned it. This was inspired by the anchor image. They do seem along the same vein.
Thank you.
