Heaven and Hell Collide.....
In the realm where moonlight never ends, lust transcends moral code,
and worry for redemption doesn't exist...
I ache to paint him in every shade of sin, offering myself as communion,
while velvet salvation wraps 'round iron prayers;
kept fully resurrected with rains that cleanse and sanctify his soul in anything but holiness.
As grace slips through fire, let God and the angels watch on;
our display of damnation beautifully colliding, time and time again.

Damn this is rich with romance and seduction 💥💥💫 I feel naughty reading it over and over 😈... a truly lust-quenching' naughty. So well written and replete with delicious, guilt provoking religious imagery, "offering myself as communion" indeed 😍 If asked to choose my favorite bit I had to cut and paste the entire sensual masterpiece. A truly elevating read❣❣🙏🌹

Thank you, sweet man. I've always valued your critique and appreciation of my words. I'm grateful for that steadfast support. I do think Pandy's done playing stranger as well. I hope. Goddess has a nice ring to it too!

Welcome back, long time no read. Sensuous read. Paint on bodies is evocative of more primitive times and peoples, makes for a primitive ambience in lovemaking setting.
If the pic were in colour it would be more interesting, showing the different paints on the bodies.

Here we are at another welcome back for me, so I'm catching up once again. Thank you for your read & feedback, and although immoral by wording, I did wish to portray love at the forefront. I agree about the image, but I lost the original and could only find this one.

That is quite the return. The ache to paint in every shade of sin...such a wonderful line. This collision is completely on course. It seems you have been drawn back to the DUP as well. So happy to see a familiar face

This is fantastic and phenomenal
Could feel it way down on the inside
So reverently irreverent, "cleanse and sanctify his soul in anything but holiness"
That is my kind of communion
Great ink

Ahhh, that singular spice you have in poetry. I have so missed your seductive verse that enthralls me to no end. There is an erotic genius in your words that spins me into a sensual whorl of love made complete and whole. I could spend an epoch in your realm and find newness in every twist of phrase and dip into nirvana. I thank you for being here and making me feel so deep your offerings.

Thank you, John, with the biggest Pandy hug ever! It's good to be back, as I think I need this place a little more again. Especially reading from the platter of your imagination! You're the only one I've replied to since your comment is most current & I always appreciate your feedback, so it brought a smile. I'm coming to see you soon, you know how much I love your writing, but you pack a punch and I must be prepared to read more than one piece only.❤

This piece evokes a vivid and intense imagery of a forbidden, passionate union, where the boundaries between Heaven and Hell blur into one another. The juxtaposition of themes such as sin and salvation, desire and redemption, creates a compelling tension throughout the poem.
The language is rich and evocative, with phrases like "paint him in every shade of sin" and "velvet salvation wraps 'round iron prayers" painting a picture of both the allure and the danger of indulging in forbidden desires. The imagery of rain cleansing and sanctifying the soul in "anything but holiness" adds depth to the exploration of moral ambiguity.
Overall, the poem captures the complex and conflicting emotions that can arise when temptation clashes with religious or moral convictions, and it does so with a haunting beauty that lingers in the mind of the reader.

Woah, this comment really packed the punch and was unexpected! I'm at loss for the proper words for such a review. Imagery has always been important to me so I'm glad it provoked the senses.Thank you for taking the time to read my humble crumbs of poetry and treat them like royalty.
