Down in a hole
When everyone seems
To pass me by
No step ladder
Or suggestions
Long periods unnoticed
Easily forgotten
Lost
Invisible burdens
Fills
This hole
I'm mentally drowning
Alcohol
Steady pouring
Heavy weight I feel
No sorrows
No time for tears
Crying
Only I would hear
Proving nothing
When only I
Enduring this great pain
Like shards of glass coming down like rain
This isn't the time for me to lay
Exercising constantly
Building strength to carry on
From this....
Self-made disaster
I displayed
