no change in the weather is predicted
no false idols have
recently been ressurected
the pandemic still has everyone affected
it's broadcast daily that
we're all connected
I believe we could all be a little kinder
so many people couldn't
be more blinder
maybe we just need a friendly reminder
or perhaps we should just listen
to the old-timers

Bravo, Faith. I like your rhyme in this. Age holds so much wisdom, particularly those who lived through the Spanish Flu epidemic. Gosh can you imagine what they went through without the internet?! All they had was the local paper and mail-carrier. Maybe a radio but the television wasn't even invented until the late 1920's.
I don't know that there is much humans can do to curb this; I think nature is having her way, and I don't much blame her.

Thank you for the lovely compliment. I appreciate it. I love the 60's and 70's music too. it was fantastic. There were a few good songs in the 80's but nothing compared to the past. I think it's so cool that legends like Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones and Tina Turner are still around. Rock on!
