At The Crossroads of Death and Destiny

Wally, let's optimize this sucker.    
 
"I know you have searched and searched endlessly  
Because when you find what you’re looking for  
At the crossroads of death and destiny  
To the fates you will beseech and implore"  
   
You have a long sentence here with 3 instances of "and". You could knock it down to 2 with something like so. Notice I swapped "because" with "but". Does it read better? To me, "because" feels a bit awkward.    
   
"I know you have searched the Earth endlessly  
but when you find what you’re looking for  
At the crossroads of death and destiny  
To the fates you will beseech and implore"  
   
"Love doesn’t know time, it redefines it  
It burns with the sweetest intensity  
And you’ll eventually come to find it  
At the crossroads of death and destiny"  
   
Also ... you have 4 instances of "it" in the final stanza. I'm going to reduce it to 1, while also trimming out another "and".  "grand" is just thrown in to give you a little rhyme action with the final line.    
   
"Love knowing not time redefines it  
burning with the sweetest intensity  
You’ll feel the heat before your grand exit  
At the crossroads of death and destiny"

I concur with Johnny's critique, Wally.

I loved the essence of the poem but do feel it could be tightened up.

I do have to say this was the first time I wrote a piece while away from my laptop.  I was sitting in the courthouse racking my brain, counting syllables and typing on my phone. I didn't want to read it out loud with people around (though I could mouth the words underneath my mask).

I appreciate your critique and made the adjustments and gave it a slightly different 1st line on that last stanza.  I don't do many quaterns, but it's like I have to think about the end in the beginning.

I like the feeling of the poem
