No; it doesn't. Sometimes we are spiritually displaced in order to evolve beyond the confines of a particular belief. You have allowed yourself to shine rather than be diminished through conformity, Nikki. It's one reason I love reading your poetry and viewing your photography so much. You are always capturing beyond what you were taught, to express what your Spirit knows.
