Star petals litter the ground
like exhausted angels and homeless people,
their avant-garde beauty reduced
to the boiled purity of an impassioned plea:

I resonate with the subject matter of this very much and find your economic construction quite starkly beautiful.

Thank you Daniel, and for the RL. I'm in a gogyoshi phase since the 'form' has a wabi-sabi feel of perfectly-imperfect to it. The 'form' requires it be 5 lines long but there are no other 'restrictions'. I find it always an interesting experience to choose to allow oneself to be 'forced' to say what one wants to say in just 5 lines, or any other stricter form like a sonnet, villanelle, etc
