Resentment Letter to Time
There was a time when I was different
Listening to Fossils and Linkin Park
Now it seems I have changed after all
Now I think EDM is better
All music melody
And when they drop bass
I like to hear it
Over and over
Oh I changed so far
I don’t know what they are doing
Those people I recall from school
Maybe they have a life
Or maybe they haven’t
Oh it changed so far
And we used to send messages
About how we have grown up
How we used to meet and make some plans
And now, how we plan to meet again
Oh that has also been a cliché
We don’t send sentiment
I don’t know but there’s something that I resent

This is fun, I like the jump from a change in musical taste to change in friendships and growing apart. It’s a shame that often growing up leads to growing apart from others. There’s a lot to resent, time doesntakeba lot away from us. Well done.
