Breathe
It’s all that’s required
Calm the mind right down
Attend to those thoughts of tranquility
Deep within lies
A highly functioning world
Not always clear skies
Interrupted by mental storms
Cause and effect in reality
Reminds how fragile
The human condition really is
When put under stress
Release pressures
Slowly gaining complete control
Senses recovering from darkness
Back into sharp focus
