Love the picture, reminds me of the English legend of Lady Godiva who rode naked not on a seashore but through the streets of Coventry to get her husband to repeal a tax on its citizens.

Getting onto the poem, favourite lines, for the infusion of scientific terms, both of which would be good advice for going onto a nude beach:
Shield the carelessness of your eyes
Against the blinding rays of the UV rays.
Give homage unto the greatest external blessed organ
The touch of the beautiful skin, nourish with H20 [could be read as an encouragement to skinny dip, or to keep one's parts washed]
