He's protecting me, us
he's not keeping out solutions

His plans never come together
because of me

He never eats what he wants

Wakes up to kids rotating all over
noisy, hair pulling

His morning massages are always getting
interrupted by me running off after things

Walks through a house
that never looks clean
or professional

although he's not above rolling up his own sleeves

It's always wrecked the next day unless constantly
followed up on throughout...

which it never is!

Is it any wonder he could never help
arrange for things to go any differently?
