It’s typically referred to when she is scorned BUT “Hell hath no fury” when she goes silent. I admire your very insightful outlook here. It is excellent and oh so true...you should consider sleeping with one eye open. ;-).

After a long time together, it's typical of a relationship to understand and know each other's pressure points. I'm the quiet one in the relationship but once she enters that realm a walk through the Land of Mordor would be a stroll in the park.

It truly is. Silence can be so deafening with thoughts until it's broken nicely with an "I'm sorry, let's talk about it now to resolve it". It took me a while to learn.
