writing poetry

 

   it has became a way of life; filtering one's mind for thoughts to write; the blockage comes more than one likes; though this is all one's got to fight;
  nature is the strangest thing;
  expression aids internal pains;
  life pressures one to "hop the train"
it frees the mind; it helps sustain;
  there's many things to entertain;
  it hurts to go "against the grain"
  the soul doesn't want the things,
  that pushes it to go insane;

  sitting, resting, healing, through;
  the fact that nothing here is new;
 the only thing one's soul pursues;
  is "living" with a peace that's due;
 writing out to ease one's mind;
 writing is the breeze outside;
  at best it keeps one's self "alive",
  when all else fails to satisfy
