EXCELLENT image choice; a-lone wish candle attracting likewise Light.
Something wonderful this way comes for those who are hopeful.
Titanium white brings back memories of endless evening drift back in the flatlands of Illinois.

Thank you ❤
I always loved using titanium white when I painted. Such a purity and yet coldness to it. It's a contrast in and of itself, just as chromatic or mars black. Remaining hopeful in belief is a Universal magnet. xo

The last two lines... so compelling. And encompassing of more than one type of loneliness.
Loneliness is a strange creature. It's appearance doesn't always signal isolation. Communication glitches inside deep relationships can evoke that experience, at least in a fleeting sort of context.

Thank you, Jess. ❤
I wish everyone could understand how solitude gives them the opportunity to discover the love within themselves. Some people don't have a moment's time to think for themselves.

Your observation is much appreciated. Those who seek beauty will discover it in everything.

Dear A,
You’ve got this in the bag. It’s a beautiful write. I love the picture you’ve chosen to complimemt the piece. It probably sounds nuts but I like winter as much as I like spring (minus bugs). While the beauty of spring is dormant under winters blanket there is a fierceness to winter I’ve always thought lends itself to the delicacy of spring and summer. Eh, just ramblings of a tired wanderer. The real point is you’ve written a piece of beauty and refinement. Again! H🌷

Thank you, Honoria ❤
I love winter too, particularly at the beach; I'm not sure why. Maybe because I lived there and was so relieve when tourist season was over; or maybe the solitude on the sands just appealed to me - but it does have a beauty and promise that any other season doesn't hold
I enjoy your ramblings; you're welcome to sit and rest in my threads anytime. xo

Dear Ahavati,
It's a beautiful poem. I love the hope in it. In winter, keep yourself hopeful, or you never get love. Lovely.

It's nice to see you here. Perhaps you'll actually brave poetry rather than reading it one day.

I can relate to this - it touches me; not least because of my current emotions.
I kept wanting to read that last line as "the Love ...", particularly as the title is "Seeking Love"

This is a piece of beauty, Ahavati.
All of it, but especially those last two lines.
I love the wisdom and hope it provides.
Also: it's been a while.
