I'm interested in the post truth world where commentators believe their truth is the one and only truth ... very bizarre. What is truth asked mocking Pilate?

The "God Complex" ... (TED talk : https://www.ted.com/talks/tim_harford_trial_error_and_the_god_complex#t-15112 ) ... has reached new heights in the post-truth world. Strongly held opinion (backed up by whatever raw power one can muster), even in the face of lots of counter-evidence, is the new 'god'. It's no secret how dictators rise to power, even in so-called civilised democracies.
