Who I Am Today
My body is less then it was
Trying to shoot up with everything but love
I've tried hard even now, but I knew I'd never be enough
Out of my grasp you are a slippery slope
Learning, testing the strength of my rope
I have climbed mountains till I can't breath
Then fall into dispear buried beneath
Keeping My gates up, my cage up, you have my master key
I was weak, to late to see
That I would never be set free
From your chains that bind me to the sword and the stone but I'm no worthy king
You sing your siren song you sing you sing
Trying to shoot up with everything but love
I've tried hard even now, but I knew I'd never be enough
Out of my grasp you are a slippery slope
Learning, testing the strength of my rope
I have climbed mountains till I can't breath
Then fall into dispear buried beneath
Keeping My gates up, my cage up, you have my master key
I was weak, to late to see
That I would never be set free
From your chains that bind me to the sword and the stone but I'm no worthy king
You sing your siren song you sing you sing
