for dinner…
shredded meat…
chopped tomato,
onion,
carrots...
cilantro,
jalapeños...
and ripe
black olives…
piled atop a platter of
totopos…
smothered
in Oaxaca cheese...
It's a taco...deconstructed
it's a tostada...re-arranged...
it's a bowl of Chile con queso
surrounded by crunchy totopos
it's a tiny torte called a gordita
a chalupa...rolled up and deep fried
The ingredients don't change...
just how they're arranged...and
