Forget-me-not`s  (Interrment of ashes)

As we stand, just our small group
Brave echo's trail of a life well spent
And in out minds remember her
The time when they were two not one
The split the wounds that wartime claimed
And revive that cracked mosaic
Some may cry and some be stoic
Just reunite of what remains
That togetherness of spirits not alone
Honour wishes and sigh our last goodbyes
The open ground of tears that dried
Seeds of what you were and meant
We cast where you will be interred
And so to sprout Forget-me -not's
And germinate the memories
Flowered silence just the wind the breeze
Of life and now to rest in piece
