Zombie

I was amazed today
Old and young nothing to say
No happy kids laughing trying to play
Touch tap beep on their way

Have we left humanity behind
Acts of kindness and love we are blind
Destroying whats left one day at a time
Avoid one another such a horrible crime

Such a pitiful sight
Getting away from the loving light
Creating fake hiding our true might
Loosing our trueselves is a new strife

Ill take the rest of the day with my kids
To make wonderful memories we did
To show the compassion isnt hid
I love them with all my heart and all in it

Prayer for all say a prayer for me
I refuse to raise them as zombies
