The first stanza is a visual feast for the mind.
Stunning as always.
I love how the title and name of the moon ties into the theme of your ending regarding personal harvests. 📝❤

Through being genuine regarding what you want and are worthy of, you reaped your own personal reward. Hows that for "circling" back to your poem? 💜🌝💋

That last line, "to reap what we have sown," has a lot of power to it...can be frightening. Thoughtful words Ahvanti.

Sturgeons and moons are all-time favorite things.
You make honor of them.
Sturgeon have been around virtually unchanged for 200million years. Even longer than sharks. However , several species have gone extinct, & 85% of current species are endangered due to man-made circumstances.

So very true, Danny. The true threat to our planet is humans.
Thank ye kindly. xo

S1 is very satifsying to read. I like alliteration, and this is used to good effect here, including the "f" in sacrificial. I particularly liked that the final "... fin" picked up the "f" alliteration to conclude the stanza. And, of course, "fullness" is very much associated with Summer abundance.
The imagery in S2 and 3 strikes a chord (intentional cliche! hahah) with me and needles me to progress my "harvesty" poem ;)
Without periods, the capitals indicate a new sentence. So my only suggestion is that, because you began S3 with a capital, perhaps S2 needs to begin with a capital also. Maybe not.

Re: Re. Sturgeon Moon
You touched base on the part I struggled with: firstly, I initially had a semi ending S1; ( <- no pun intended ); secondly, I didn't cap L1 of S2 because I considered it a fragment. Perhaps I could dash the end of S1; but, I dashed in L2 of S1, so I thought that would be too repetitive ( and didn't like the way it looked, anyway ).
Still thinking it over, so thanks for validating the trouble spot, and for the RL honor.

Thank you, my friend ( and for the RL honor ). We have clear skies tonight in the south. Getting my crystals together to charge them under her cool warmth.

Dear A,
I really enjoyed this! Whilst I have no ability to breakdown each line, as a whole, the visual combined with your words threw me into a pagan gathering by Stone Henge. Dancing, singing, and worshipping the gods for a bountiful harvest. A lovely and delightful write! H🌷

Thank you, Honoria, and for the RL honor as well.
I don't live in England anymore; however, that doesn't stop my soul from receiving the energy of the full moon.
In Native American times, northern rivers and lakes would fill with sturgeon ( as Danny said above, many species have become extinct and many are endangered ) ready to be caught. It was an amazing harvest, and thus the Native Americans named August's full moon the Sturgeon Moon. It has various names which are touched upon in the poem: Green Corn moon for the ripening corn, Grain Moon, and Red Moon for its pinkish tint ( although mine is pristine currently ).
I've been working on a series of moon graphics/poems this year - and hope to have all 12 soon.
Thank you for feeling the essence of celebration.
