Phony positivity

Phony positivity
is pointless and kills me
I think we should
 recognize how we really feel,
the realist emotions emerging
from deep within.
Sometimes it's strictly negativity
which might be necessary,
don't hide from what's happening
 on the inside,
this is where you'll always reside,
your reality
your world
  your mind  
   your soul  
    you.
