Forever Running
They say I run like I'm to afraid to stop
I could run forever but you say I'll drop
But if I run forever I don't need to look back
And see the destruction laying deep path
You say I try to run, run from all of my fears
But you don't see the panic hidden in my tears
You say you see, sadness barely contained in me
You say you know, the pathway that I strayed from long ago
They say
"Beauty is pain and beautys' in everything."
Then what's so beautiful 'bout broken ones
Who've suffered more than all the world's to come

I know a thing or 2 or 3 or.........about grief
and i do not believe there's a time limit on it.
While i am losing the intense emotional attachments to the loved ones i've lost
a trigger will send me into a sad from the loss.
Keep spilling..........it helps
