A Sunset Embrace
I want kisses that melt like the sun in summer
That burn with all the passion of fire and brimstone.
I wouldn't mind the crackling and hissing around me as long as I could see the beauty that is laced with color.
The Emerald greens, Scarlet reds, Sunflower yellows, and Deep Hidden blues.
I want to dance around them all and feel the warmth they give.
I want an ember lit in my soul, to bring back what was extinguished.
A kindred spirit in the light of the moon. To be enjoyed by another with a similar spirit. To feel the warmth of light though I choose to live by night.
I want a sunset kind of embrace.

it's a bit short and I'm not sure if I'll edit this to make it longer but I feel better writing after a 2 year hiatus.. it's good to be back and I hope to write more! I got my inspiration from my favorite book series Vampire Kisses and also while I went for a walk at sunset.

Thank you c: it's taken me awhile to work up the courage because I felt I wouldn't be as good as I used to. I realized I just needed to go for it and not think too much about it and the rest will follow

It tool me a long time to join here n then it took me awhile to realise that I’m not gonna be brilliant but my scribbles are part of me and shouldn’t worry if liked or not cause I enjoy writing what’re comes out
