Roller Rink

                               Roller Rink
Life is like a roller rink.
Some are there for the games.
Some sit on the side.
Some may go to the center for fame.
Some need the wall or a buddy so they don’t fall.
Some think they’ll never trip.
Others are too afraid to let go of the wall because they’re afraid they’ll slip.
Some gain the courage to take a risk.
It’s only natural to fall.
One may come along to lend them a hand.
Some may cruise right by.
Some may get knocked down or tripped over as they try to get back up.
You may need a friend or the wall again.
Anything can happen, even the opposite.
You may love it so much, you can’t get enough.
All you can do is simply try.
No matter where you start, you can go out like a champ if it’s in your heart.
At some point everyone trips and falls.
Everyone will lose a game.
Everyone at some point or another will regret sitting on the side.
The motion in the skates can make you fall or fly.
In the end you can’t worry about the potential injuries in life.
