"However, a wish is just a wish, desire is just that and it will bring forth that exactly (desire, nothing more)—"
That ^ is absolute truth. Wishing or desiring something is admission you don't have it, and thus will attract that like-vibration.
"Unless action meets desire, wish."
And that's why you know you already have it. Might take a bit for that vibration to align, but it is aligning.
Thank you, Barona!

Insanity or a miracle we've survived at all! But, tis' exactly everything we hoped for, over and over again.
Thank you!

This poem feels so big and so small at the same time. Without being contradictory. Not to mention a beautiful burst of words and emotions. Well done!

Truth within beautiful words, then placed upon a wonderous backdrop.
Very nice!

It is quite difficult to get away from light pollution here; I quite miss being able to experience a fully starry sky, smeared with the milky-way. I suppose that it makes all the more special when I do get to experience it.
Don't just wish, or desire - project a belief. Cool idea, succinctly worded. Reminiscent of "The Secret".
Not sure about "starried-" - is this a typing-mistake for "starred-" or "starry-"?

Cool! Nothing wrong with a little neology!!! Without neology, our language would be the poorer.

You are a galaxy of compassion personified. I don't know how you do it, but your words and wisdom are therapeutic and nurturing and exactly what I need to read intersecting with the prime moment I need to read it.
Ahavati, You are a Voice in a world that needs voices.

Re. Turn Off the Lights
Wow! I would also love to see the dust cloud in an unspoiled sky. Still waiting! A starry-eyed belief in the law of attraction, huh? You give hope to millions & make love seem possible, Ahavati.
Nothing naively detectable here. I so want to believe in your words! ;-)

Thank you, Billy. That was a beautiful gift of words. I just told another how I pray every single morning ( despite being stalked and harrassed ) that I hope to somehow make a difference in the lives of others. I don't know about hope to millions, but I do know love is possible. We would not seek it if it were not so. All any of us are attempting to do is return home to Love.
Btw, the clearest sky I've ever seen despite all the places I've lived was on la Isla de Ometepe, an island with two active volcanoes off the coast of Nicaragua. I spent the night on the ground in a village halfway up Concepción ( one of the volcanoes ). I swear you could reach out and touch the stars they were so crystal. The next was in Mexico and New Mexico, where light pollution was limited.
I miss those nights.

An enjoyable read. I love looking at the night sky particularly in the desert or a secluded beach. The stars, like the ocean, always give me pause to think of my significance compared to their vastness.
