A Faint Kiss
A Faint Kiss
Not that anything
So mundane
Would matter
In the least,
A fading touch,
The wafting
Passing by,
The tangential
Nature
Of the tongue
Dragging
Across the naked
Neurons
Interconnected
Through
The spinal cord
To lips
Which press
The universe
For an intimacy
Of edging
Dissatisfactions,
Barely
There.
Not that anything
So mundane
Would matter
In the least,
A fading touch,
The wafting
Passing by,
The tangential
Nature
Of the tongue
Dragging
Across the naked
Neurons
Interconnected
Through
The spinal cord
To lips
Which press
The universe
For an intimacy
Of edging
Dissatisfactions,
Barely
There.
