a father's sins

having to bare the burden of your name has brought me nothing but shame
do you regret it, father?
do you regret the horrible things you've done?
the disgusting, greedy deeds you've committed?
the crimes you're paying for, the time that you'll never finish serving
i hope you know, that though you may get out of prison one day, the bars you've trapped around my heart is the real prison you should be worried about.
i will miss you nevermore.
i won't sympathize with your pathetic excuse of an apology; and i won't forgive you.
to be frank, all you've been is a nuisance.
a leech that breaks and kills everything you touch, a broken soul that will never recover.
you have brought nothing but misery to my life, and that is why i'm done with you. now and forevermore.
