My heart is open
To a new season of spring
And let a rose bloom
Departing winter
Has left in its wake a rose
Withered by the frost
New rose is planted
In my heart's little garden
It's blooming again
There is happiness
And love is overflowing

Like a rose, love grows

Beautiful words. Full of hope and light. Love the imagery and juxtaposition of a fresh young rose vs the harsh frost that went before. Nice piece :)
