A solders prayer

Please give me forgiveness, for I can not make amends
Let me worship you in your glory, help me appease my guilt
aglow are the fiery battles of my life, extract me
And with the arched end of your anvil Lord
I pray that you shape me in your Holy image
Give me strength to avoid all sin, break our anarchy of faith
"Keep me as the apple of your eye
Hide me in the shadow of your wings "(psalm 17:8)
In April when discharged, bring me safely home to family
and not to rest in Arlington

Although not my situation, I felt inspired by the spirit to write it. Madamelavenders Comps, I think are going to be fun. Your kind words are always humbling and filled with purple insights. I thank the Holy Spirit for inspiration and you for always supporting.

J-Z, Your question is a very good one. It looks very simple on the page but from "my" point of view would take much more thought, prayer and discussion. More than we would have time for in these little comment areas. But the simplest answer I could come up with "God will judge our hearts in the end."
