It's a close-run contest for sure - but I agree with you.
However, electric heater-blanket pre-warming the bed in a freezing bedroom might push sliced bread into 3rd place.

Ah...yes, I must admit
that my little pad for 'lectric heat
is hard to beat... for instant comfort...
works equally well...for a sprung back
or a sudden chill...
