A dramatic theme

Releasing these feelings, a frenzy of fantasies flowing, blowing around my mind.
Finding it difficult to drop these judgmental, negative thoughts.
The challenge is replacing them with positive, loving ones.
Negativity always seems to linger no matter the circumstance, theres always a negative thought in the background, shouting something in the distance to ruin the moment.
For example,
Positive thoughts- "the ocean is so stunning and vast."
Negative thought- "don't forget all the sea creatures that die and the eroding environment due to the pollution and destruction humans have caused."
Hard to see past the bleak and mundane.
A bummer
A drag.
And it is here where I always return.
Pen in hand out here in no mans land.
Letting the ink sink, on the brink of an inability to think.
A dramatic theme within my mind as I began to scream.
The ambient swells free my mind from where it normally dwells.
