like a black hole perhaps
not something we want to swallow us entirely but sometimes the void feels safer than anything

I always find it bittersweet when someone clearly relates to my poems.

I hope you can swim
For the storm is raging
And we're taking on water at an alarming rate
There is no land in sight
No light to cut the inky darkness of this eternal night

Then I shall continue to bail against the relentless onslaught of the sea
You stay firmly lashed to the ships wheel and steer a course
Perhaps the sun shall once again rise to grace you with it's light and warm you in it's embrace

All that we see is delusion.
So choose yours and hold on tight
Ride the storm into your imaginary light
I am bound to this ship of fools
Destined to sail this endless night

I understand dearest poet we go through so much that others just will not understand... I had a severe break from reality recently that lasted about two weeks because of my bipolar... you comforted me with your thoughts of beauty today...
