Body parts around,
Then obstruct
The motion
You had been
Lusting for
With your hand.
Spilling flesh
Over
Into some
Limp servitude
Of sea
That you tried
To shame
While writhing
For your own
Amusement.
(Unaffected by you
You'd enjoy it too much)

Fascinating poem. This reads to me like self-inflicted bondage. What a truly unique idea and so well played out. The theme of her shame is put into words which sear and touch the heart of the human struggle. This is an amazing poem on several levels. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for the insightful feedback. It's nice being read by a seasoned writer who actually gets it.... sex, politics ie the human struggle embodied. You called it out precisely.
