Are We Men
Do I, don't I?
What should I do?
When what i want,
Is not good to do.
Temperance, patience,
Wait on other day,
Who knows fortune,
Coming the way.
A wish, a dream,
Of a personal journey,
With ambition to progress,
Where I want to be.
Hold faith, with trust,
No need to cross track,
All things shall come,
No needing shall lack.
No wants, no fears,
Can blind the way,
As ambling along,
Stay true, I shall stay.
And reach, and grab,
And delve deep within,
Honour and valour,
Lay for the living.
Dark deeds, and desires,
Ill to commit such acts,
Light is the power,
And the far stronger pact.
All men are one,
And men are we,
Lest we lose ourself,
In greed, lust, vanity.
Stain not or stain,
By actions and words,
Choice to us,
to independence,
Or to the herds.
What should I do?
When what i want,
Is not good to do.
Temperance, patience,
Wait on other day,
Who knows fortune,
Coming the way.
A wish, a dream,
