The urge is too strong
I'm back at it again
The thoughts consuming
The blade slicing
The blood staining
Back into this habit
I had been doing good
So good
It never lasts though
The voices grow louder
Till I give up
And surrender
I know it's wrong
But in that very moment...it feels so right

Sad, because you seem like a beautiful person, but I understand.
And that's my mom's birthday, who passed away last year. More unexplainable sadness.

i can relate to this in a way .. i have self harmed in the past and sometimes now although i do not self harm in the same way i still get that urge at times.. not the same as you but self harming , still. sorry you have to feel this way
