The Goddess Awakens
sisters I see you
your voodoo is see through
a gentle Goddess with a golden hue
has come to you
tenderly washing over your flesh
some saw her
when she entered gracefully
she knows and loves you
in the ocean's waves she pays tribute
to woman kind
by divine order
the Goddess manifested
all that is natural
be careful with her today
she is willing to heal
don't trigger her wrath
with diseased ideas of how she should appear
politicians beware
the phallic symbol you defame her with
is distasteful and crude
your rudimentary brains
have conjured his-story
Her story was never told
those who have ears
hear Her now
the weather she rains down on you currently
is a broken heart
her children raped
she cages her rage
lest she carelessly destroy everything
a festering wound
is man-kind
and the careless way he has handled Her
she has been blind for a time
awakened now to the heresay
her guilt, her pain
her self imposed exile
she will allow no more
things will begin to follow her natural design
or be forever erased
from all memory
she too has a sea of forgetfulness
