Escape

Reflection of myself as I stare in the mirror
My mind goes blank as I get lost into the soul of a broken girl
Lost in darkness falling deeper and deeper...
I blinked my eyes quickly to get back to reality clenching the sink...
Dust, pills or trees contemplating how lost I wanna get
I shut my eyes tightly feeling for whatever came to hand first.
I opened my eyes and viewed the object...thin, sharpe and shiny
Gliding it over my skin a rush of fear but excitement with a little sadness consumed me.
Opening my flesh as blood glowing pouring like a stream I began to levitate into the air like smoke from a cigarette
My body which was once led became air as it dances through life without a care, joyfully and full of life.
