Turkey Tale, A cut above...

It was a cold November morning
and Malcolm,  just like clockwork found himself watching that clock once more. He  was overwrought with grief from the horror he was all to used to having to endure.
Since earlier in the year he had planned for and wanted no part of this particular 'event.'

Malcolm,  with an assist from a few of those 'in the know' was
refusing to go where them,  before him went. But it was incumbant that he stick closely
to the plan. Too much was riding on him and the safety of all who
were to follow in his footsteps were at hand.

Now, night has fallen over the farm and it was time, time Malcolm exacted his
revenge. He spent many hours watching those evil 'would be' do gooders
massacre and defile his brethern for far too long, he was heated he felt his hairs
stand on end.

So with one mighty holler and a gobble gobble gobble Malcolm charged at the
old man pecked him repeatedly across the arms, tossed feathers at his eyes til
the ax dropped from his frightened hand. Next Malcolm grabbed the ax an wobbled
away through the fields as fast as he can! Then suddenly without warning, disaster....

Malcolm stumbled on some stones, and fell head first into the very same ax he
snatched and as his fate with have it, chopped off his own head.! An hour later
the old man and his family  had just finished marvelling over the events of the
evening, and they all said a hearty thank you  to the Big Guy in the sky and each
promised Malcolm's 'passing'  (though they'd be grieving)  wouldn't be any less
appreciated, regardless of what it looked like because all in attendance knew
that one way or the other, that  poor little turkey  Malcolm would soon be leaving.

*Oohh I know, BRUTAL l.o.l. but hey it's just a TALL TALE!  to all, Happy Thanksgiving!*
