Tangled
Who are you?
Tangled roles confuse your sole
Are you the caretaker,
the patron of others whims?
Are you the victim,
who let herself be abused?
Are you the muse,
To another’s delight?
Are you the rock,
who has bared the storm?
Who are you?
Are you the root,
the inducer of your own pain?
Are you the enabler,
Who doesn’t know how to say no?
Are you the origin,
The author of your own despair?
Who are you?
Tangled roles bind your sole.
