This is a great little poem with a good message, Naajir. Because you have requested HC, and I want to honor that request, I would suggest the following revisions for a clear line of sight.

you ever thought you were angry
until you came upon someone
consumed with anger?
were you amazed at the levels
of shit, look at your self
and sa[y], "nahhhh..."
i don't wanna go down that road?..

It's definitely a personal check moment. I don't typically get that angry but when I do, an experience like this usually acts as ice water in the face. Good call

Personally, I've no time in my life for bitterness, and anger, and I don't have to think twice when severing ties for those reasons.

Having those moments of realization when you come across someone worse than you makes you introspect and consciously say nah man I have to be sure never to become like that and so you do what needs to be done to not become that....
