Cosmic Commingling
i search the furthest
reaches of space
to find a cosmic entity
one that resembles me
in the different facets
that make up my soul or pneuma
we aren't the first design
there are warring beings
some of the light
other's of a great darkness
i've tapped with my ethos
both otherworldly creations
& they were indeed created
some evolved in enlightenment
the other's in technological advances
we are bound by a cosmic thread
they connect with me
with questions of our deity
our communications are coded
they can't be read
by this higher order
of telepathic beings
i will do my best
to travel the universes carefully
& commingle with the dark ones
only when needed
they are a terrifying race
i got a glimpse of them
while my mind floated the celestial
in search of our creator
though even among this race
their is true beauty to behold
they greet each other with lovely one
i've picked up some of their ways
& form of speaking
i don't have the answers
only more questions
could be i'm created
to travel both worlds
a gather of information
to be shared
at the appointed hour

It takes a special kind of soul to straddle both light and darkness. It requires an understanding of the dangers of sinking too far into one well or the other. You're an enlightened soul, my beautiful Dark Angel. You walk in a field of daisies with that whip firmly attached to your hip...just in case.
