I like going there
It's a different twist on Ramen Noodle Soup
The vibe is good
Service is friendly
It's cool and downtown in an uptown locale
The bowl arrives
Spicy as you want or mild
They always get it right
Ramen broth can be salty
Their's is not
Perfectly balanced and hearty
in a delicate way
They make their own noodles
Kale and spiced eggs for color
At the end they present you with a peeled orange
Cut in quarters, eaten with a toothpick
Everything here has float
It's the kind of place that flies under the radar
You want to recommend it
Yet you don't want it to be discovered
Where hoards will flock expecting the miraculous
The soup is good, the zen better
Perfection in my little world
