If the God above is the god of love
Why does religion hate irrespective of

If God’s not green-eyed, full of pride
Why flood the world causing genocide

If the streets of heaven are pathed with gold
Why does hypothermia still kill the old

If the catholic church riches avoid much taxation
Why do so many children die from starvation

If tele-evangalists make millions each year
Why so many homeless and living in fear

If Muslims fund mosques, golden temples for praise
Why do they persecute and murder male gays

If I’m an atheist, a moral man for all seasons
I must hate religion for all the right reasons

So stop asking me why
