The idea begins as a feeling more than anything else, run
and it grows into a whisper at then end of my every thought, run

it fills the voids when my mind goes blank

quickly it becomes my only thought

my heart takes off at its command
RUN, RUN, RUN, RUNNN!
I begin to shake, I begin to sweat
RUN, RUN, RUN, RUNNN!
I can barely breath, I can barely see
RUN! RUN! RUN! But WHERE!!!
Where do I go, where do I run?
There's nowhere safe and I don't even know what I'm running from

A women comes over, she can see my anxiety, she can see my distress
She touches my shoulder and asks "Are you OK?"
FUCK!
I yank down on her wrist, slam her to the ground with a hand on her throat and a knee on her chest
Thrust a gun her face and scream "DON'T TOUCH ME BITCH!"

A flash of anger, a small red hole
two gaping eyes because I lost control

I run to the bathroom, I look in the mirror
my wife's gaping eyes are looking back at me
but that small red hole is all I can see
For 10 long years I've felt I've been going insane
So Fuck it, with a pull of the trigger I coat the walls with my brains
