I respect you and your points of view
But sadly I can't agree with you
Still, I do not wince, I do not hate
I point no finger, I do not bait
I smile a smile, a genuine smile
We shoot the breeze for a short while
Then we happily agree to disagree
Cause love and friendship sets us free
From you I cannot take offence
That’s why we're remaining friends
Maybe if the world was more like us
Debate without hate or that much fuss
A happier planet we then could make
A brighter future for mankind's sake

But then again why fuckin bother
I am not the keeper of my brother
In the main mankind is scum
There’s no God here for kingdom come
No fear, we hate with guilt free impunity
We’re fake and we lie with little scrutiny
Caring and love just books on a shelf
Mankind will hopefully eat itself
Extinct and cleanly wiped from the face
The world becomes a beautiful place
But here’s the rub for you and me
We’d rather see mankind set free
Free to love and free to grow
Differing opinions good to go
