The five-lined verse in the middle is the best, though as a whole this is still a lovely poem, filled with sharp imagery and a spiritual clarity. It evokes a sense of a sort of Eden in which the dramas and pleasures and questions of love play out. Thank you very much for the read.

Enchanting work Crim!  It's a love poem that includes us all in your embrace.

may we speak it in unison
as our souls unite  
intertwining around each other

Then your spirituality comes into play and it's a thrill:

let us recite our adoration for Mother Earth
cherry blossoms in the spring
the birth of a brand new human being
the deep forested paths
where our souls wander and take breath
