I wear his blueness
"Pretty in the colors I put on you,my love, mostly blue.
You sit there in a beauty salon kinda chair, looking in the mirror, and if you're concerned you don't say it.
I spread it on your skin like a mudpack, but a thin coating ,on your cheeks, your nose.
I love this, touching your face & putting my mark on you.
If anyone looks at you, they'll know your mine, 'cause the color says (John Feddeler only).
but the rain will wash it off one day... "
Always in blue, darling, the color of your passion, I wear it like that pretty blue dress that you love so much.
The color of passion is not red at all, but a shade of melancholy that makes my skin tingle everywhere you touch me.
Blue like the rain and blue like my eyes; my eyes that only see you when they turn to grey.
I close them when you touch my face, your hands on my skin and if I seem concerned, it is because I never want you to go.
And the rain, the rain cannot wash it away, because it veils my heart...

I see you in that melancholy shade, & if I say 'taste your blueness' you will tell me, 'You taste it.' (exactly like that.)
I've stained you, Kas, & you did not ask me to...

You know me too well,John and that is the prettiest shade of melancholy I've ever seen.
Passion is blue and the stains never wash away in the rain.
Thanks for making me beautiful....

This is so beautiful and intimate it almost feels like as a reader, I'm an intruder. :)

Poetry is never intrusive, it is merely passion with no place better to be than on an otherwise empty page.
Thank you, sweet Willow, for such lovely words.
I always look forward to reading them....

"The color of passion is not red at all, but a shade of melancholy" > that's exactly how it feels for me!
You've turned that feeling into a beautiful poem... a poem that moves the melancholic side of me...
"but the rain will wash it off one day" > it always does, it makes me sad, but in a calm way...
Thank you for sharing this, Kasai!

Re: Re. I wear his blueness
Wonderful,Duende, so glad that you felt this.
Passion is melancholy and we forget to embrace it,but it is such a beautiful color to ignore; what a shame.
And I'm not so sure the rain can completely wash it away, maybe it changes our hearts too much for that. Stains are stubborn that way.
Thank you for making me smile, kind lady...

It's interesting how we assume these colors of people... I find it intriguing. I'm very much into chakras, so blue to me, of course means the throat chakra. Very relevant to be lingering around a poet so. I find the last line interesting - "the rain cannot wash it away" - rain being water, water being associated with the color blue. I don't know if that was intentional or not, but I found it quite clever.
Thank you for the read.

Wow,so fascinating that I had to look this up and I have to say how interesting it was.
Vishuddha (Sanskrit: विशुद्ध, IAST: Viśuddha, English: "especially pure"), or Vishuddhi, or throat chakra is the fifth primary chakra according to the Hindu tradition of tantra.
Thank you so much for sharing this with me! Love learning new things. Maybe there's a poem in it....

I love the color blue and this piece makes me love it even more (if that is ever possible). Quite a piece indeed. You have a way with words. And the picture goes quiet well with the theme.
