As the night sky
lights
the will to find your
stars
I lay in wake
staring up
remembering
every word
you wrote
I conjure the image
of our smallest
fingers
joined by red thread
How taunt that thread
gets
as I scream
"Geromino"
and you count us
down
free falling
to everlasting
life
.

this one leaves so much to ponder. It seems sad and happy all at once. I really enjoyed the read and the feel of the piece..the layout adds to it. excellent pen.

I have been pondering Mikki, it is happy, it is happy place. But so sad that life makes us want to jump, and so often together. Do you think the afterlife understands love as desperately as we do in this life? I wonder?
Yeah the layout, re did it like 100 times and ended back at the original way the letters fell.

I can relate...and I think the afterlife will be far more complicated but much easier to comprehend. Here, this veil of confusion covers so many.
I'm glad you think of me sometimes, mutual feeling :)
and I have those pieces at times that I edit to hell and end up with the original piece.
