Rebirth

There are times when I wish for my fairy tale
Where I can kiss my prince charming and he make me his queen

I wish I were a dove, so I could spread my wings and fly to a paradise
So I could inhale the perfume of the sweet summer's air

I wish I could have the innocence of a child
So I could live carefree and only have joy

I wish I could paint all my hopes, and all my dreams
Then kiss them and make those wishes come true

I wish the voices would silence themselves

All these conversations, locked inside my head
Full of all these statements, of words you never said

I wish my eyes would stop raining down my face
But if I hold it inside, I'll fall apart
I wish we could go back and restart

I wish you were a medicine
One I could take
For I have this hunger
This constant craving

And What do I want?
I do not know

But would I give it all up?
Just to feel some sunshine??
