So many times I've tried
To go only where I belong
They tell me over and again
This is wrong, This is wrong
They tie my hands
And Bind my feet
To prevent fate and I
From our meet
How This life,
Has taken its toll
I'm just a body
Containing no soul
How can the inevitable,
Be such a sin?
So I digress,

Like you, I too can relate to the struggles of growing up in a world which does its best to shape everyone into convenient preformed holes.
As a critique, "To prevent fate and I" would flow smoother if it were "me" To prevent fate and me" because it prevents me from what ever. It would also be grammatically correct. Hope this helps. Hugs.
